Catering Guidelines
Thank you for choosing Stella Restaurant Group for your gathering. We know you have many choices and we appreciate the opportunity to be your host at either Table At 10 or Stella Osteria.
We would like to share a few notes with you to ensure that your event goes smoothly. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns in advance of your gathering.
- Your final guest count is due ten days before your event. The total guest count OR minimum number of guests required, whichever is greater, is the resultant charge.
- A nonrefundable deposit of 10% of your total costs will be due ten days prior to your function, and will be credited to your final bill. There will be a $35 fee for any returned checks. We also accept MasterCard and Visa, as well as checks and cash.
- We will do our best to accommodate your decorating ideas; however, we cannot remove current decorations from the space. You may arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled event, to decorate, as long as we have notice to expect you. The waitstaff will have to finish their set up before you will be able to add your touches. No open flame is allowed, nor is anything to be attached to the walls.
- No confetti of any kind is allowed. Unfortunately, if this is disregarded we must charge the host $75.00.
- Bar service will end a half an hour before the end of your event, in order to ensure our guests’ safety. We reserve the right to terminate bar service if a minor is found to be in possession of alcohol.
- No outside food or beverage is permissible to be brought in. There are exceptions so please let us know if you have a question.
- Due to health regulations and insurance guidelines, leftover food from the buffet cannot be taken “to go”.
- We are able to provide you with a cake or cupcakes suited to your event. If you choose to bring in your own, there will be a fee of $25.
- Events are scheduled for 3 hour periods. Additional hours, if available, will be at a $75. per hour charge.
- A service charge of 20% and the State Sales Tax are additional to all food and beverage prices quoted.
Room Rentals
Stella Osteria
Maximum capacity is 50 people in the dining room, 60 in the bar area.
Minimum is 30.
Events are scheduled for 3 hour periods. Additional hours, if available, will be at a $75. per hour charge.
Monday through Saturday, Noon till 3PM OR 1PM till 4PM $150.
*Monday evenings starting at 4PM, in 3 hour increments, ending no later than 9PM.
Sundays are available from 3 - 7PM $300.
Table At 10
Maximum Capacity is 30 people for a buffet, 40 people for a plated meal, including seating at the bar.
Minimum is 20 people on Sundays, and 15 people Mon – Sat.
Events are scheduled for 3 hour periods. Additional hours, if available, will be at a $75. per hour charge.
Monday through Saturday Noon till 3PM OR 1PM till 4PM $150.
Sunday, 2 start times are available Noon till 3PM, AND 4-7PM $300.
